MEET THE TEAM
Grants been working with Living Design and Build Ltd since we started. Worked alongside Jon Thompson building Loft conversions, Extensions, Bathrooms, Kitchens etc... Grant now helps organise day to day projects which includes him still being hands on with all the other trades. A great asset to the team who's always happy to talk and explain everything in detail to clients along the build.
Kevin has been with living Design and Build Ltd for about 10 years. Previously worked for a Loft conversion company and then a joinery company, so has lots of experience at his job. Kevin mainly completes all jobs with the final touches by hanging doors, skirtings and architraves and is also our Kitchen installer. Taking time to prefect every job he works on..
Ash has worked at Living Design and Build for about 2 years now. Originally trained as a plumber for a couple of months but changed his mind and works as a trainee Carpenter. He works with Phil on the Loft conversions and has lots of potential...
Keith has been working for Living Design and Build about 2 years now. He worked for his dad's construction company based in Stourbridge and has a wealth of knowledge in both Carpentry and organisation skils to run jobs. Keith works with Phil on the Loft Conversions.
Phil is our main Loft conversion fitter. He's worked for Living Design and build for about 6 years now and built over 50 loft conversions since he started for us. A true grafter that never stops.. Explains to clients what his team are doing and always happy run through other options a client might have. Phil is a great guy to have working on your house.
Andy has Been with Living Design and Build for about 8 years. Hes worked his way up to be our Head Bricklayer who organises all the Bricklayers and sort out all the jobs. Again a great asset to the company.
Steve's a lovely guy, who's always got a smile on his face. Great Bricklayer with years of experience. He's trained apprentices to be qualified Bricklayers many times. Worked for a large housing company in Kingswinford area in the 80s & 90s and glad to say he's been with Living Design and build for about 8 years.
Adam has recently qualified as a Bricklayer and works alongside Richard. Lots of potential and I think he will be a brilliant Bricklayer as he progresses.
Richard has been with the company about 2 years and has a lot of experience with all types of building including specialised stone work.
Chris has lots of experience with grounds work. Hes worked on really large projects including Merry Hill, Channel tunnel and work abroad. Chris keeps jobs running ready for the Bricklayers to start by installing all the drainage and concrete footings.
Richard is fantastic guy.. Doesn't stop all day long. Sites are kept clean and tidy and he organises all the labourers so they know what they are doing. Richards always got a smile on his face and will do anything you ask him to do. Again another great asset to the Team.
Matt has been with Living Design and Build about 2 years. Great lad and works hard all day. Great personality and such an easy lad to get on with..
Jack works with his dad Steve. He works hard all day to keep all the bricklayers busy and also keeps the site tidy and clean. Slowly working his way to be a Bricklayer, Jack is now starting to do blockwork and pointing when and where he can. Great lad with lots of potential
